Thank you for shopping at eastitch.shop! The following are our terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

Holiday Shipping Notice:

Though we typically ship out 1-2 business days after an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas due to delays that can potentially be experienced during transit. Postal carriers have been experiencing long delays due to the high volume of packages that are currently being shipped. We will do everything on our end to get your order to you as soon as possible, we thank you for your patience! 

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Note: orders are not processed on certain holidays. Nor are they processed on Sundays. If we are experiencing high volumes of orders, there may be a few days delay in shipment. PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for delays that occur during transit.

eastitch.shop ships to addresses within the U.S.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

eastitch.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 Damages

eastitch.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

If package arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Incorrect Address given on Customers Behalf.

We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address if it was given by the customer. Customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate.
